3. Account Registration and Security

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

• All fees are due in advance according to your selected billing cycle
• Payment must be made through our accepted payment methods
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice for existing customers
• Refunds are governed by our refund policy (see Section 5)
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase. The following conditions apply:

• Refunds apply only to hosting fees, not to domain registrations, SSL certificates, or add-on services
• Domain registration fees are non-refundable
• Setup fees, if applicable, are non-refundable
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds
• Refunds are not available for renewals or upgrades

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our uptime commitment and compensation policies are outlined in our Service Level Agreement, which may vary by service type.

• We aim for 99.9% uptime for hosting services
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control
• Service credits, if applicable, are our sole liability for service interruptions

7. Acceptable Use

Your use of our services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violation of the AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

You agree not to use our services for any illegal, harmful, or prohibited activities, including but not limited to spamming, phishing, malware distribution, copyright infringement, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights:

• All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on our website are our property or licensed to us
• You may not use our intellectual property without our written permission
• You retain ownership of content you upload to our services
• You grant us a license to use, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide services

While we perform regular backups of our systems, you are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or deletion, regardless of cause.

• You should maintain your own backups of all important data
• We recommend regular backups using our backup services or third-party solutions
• We are not responsible for restoring data from backups unless specifically agreed in writing
• Data loss due to account termination or suspension is not recoverable

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• We are not liable for damages caused by third parties or factors beyond our control
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Uraan Host Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or transmit through our services

12. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• You may cancel your account at any time through your client portal
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or our AUP
• We may terminate accounts that are inactive for extended periods
• Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered
• Upon termination, your access to services and data will be removed
• We are not obligated to retain your data after termination

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:
